Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Radstock
Location: Radstock, BA3 (Just a 5min Driver from The Radstock Hotel)
Pay Rate: £12.98 per hour (£50 per Sleep-In Shift)
Driver Requirement: Full UK or EU Driving Licence (Essential – you’ll be driving the person’s mobility vehicle)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts: Day shifts and sleep-ins across a 7-day rota

The person you’ll be supporting enjoys routine, familiar environments, and accessing the community—so being able to drive is essential. They can experience behaviours of distress, so you’ll need to follow his support plan closely and work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure he feels supported and understood.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you’ll be:

  • Following Structured Support Plans: Providing consistent, person-centred care.
  • Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, medication, and daily routines.
  • Community Engagement: Driving to and supporting with activities and appointments.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Being a Positive Presence: Bringing calm, confidence, and compassion to every shift.
