Location: Radstock, BA3 (Just a 5min Driver from The Radstock Hotel)
Pay Rate: £12.98 per hour (£50 per Sleep-In Shift)
Driver Requirement: Full UK or EU Driving Licence (Essential – you’ll be driving the person’s mobility vehicle)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts: Day shifts and sleep-ins across a 7-day rota

The person you’ll be supporting enjoys routine, familiar environments, and accessing the community—so being able to drive is essential. You’ll play a key role in helping them feel secure, respected, and empowered. They can experience behaviours of distress, so you’ll need to follow his support plan closely and work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure he feels supported and understood.
What Will You Be Doing?As a Support Worker, you’ll be:
- Following Structured Support Plans: Providing consistent, person-centred care.
- Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, medication, and daily routines.
- Community Engagement: Driving to and supporting with activities and appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
- Being a Positive Presence: Bringing calm, confidence, and compassion to every shift.
