Looking for a role where you can make a real difference and grow a career? At Dimensions UK, we’re proud to support people with learning disabilities and autism to live full, independent lives. Right now, we’re looking for a compassionate, proactive Support Worker to join our team in Norfolk.
You’ll be supporting four individuals, three women and one man, aged from their late 30s to mid-60s, who live together in a supported living house. Two of the people we support are independent, the other two people require your support with their personal care, mobility, and daily routines. Two of the ladies we support communicate using body language and occasional words, so being observant and patient is key.
You’ll support with everything from personal care and medication to meal preparation and household tasks. You’ll also help plan and join in with shopping, swimming, football, arts and crafts, puzzles, and group outings, like their recent trip to the Royal Norfolk Show!
Shifts include early (7am–2pm), late (2pm–9pm), long days (7am–9pm), and waking nights (9pm–7am). There are always two staff on shift, with a third team member providing 1:1 support. Flexibility is important, and you’ll work alternate weekends or sometimes one in three. Rotas are planned six weeks in advance.
Why Dimensions?
At Dimensions, we don’t just offer jobs, we build careers. We’re proud to be part of the Care Workforce Pathway, helping shape the future of social care and offering clear routes for progression.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s kind, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. You don’t need experience—just the right values and a willingness to learn. A manual UK driving licence is preferred, as the people we support have their own cars and love getting out and about.
