  • All enjoy bowling, shopping, social clubs, and having a laugh with staff

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect

  • Evening Sleep-In: 5pm – 9am the following day
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm – 7am (paid sleep-in)

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Support Workers who are:

  • Calm but firm, with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Experienced or willing to learn how to manage behaviours of distress
  • Flexible and reliable, with good timekeeping
  • Team players, able to manage relationships within the home
  • Fun and engaging, with a great sense of humour

Family Involvement

Families are very involved and value strong communication with the care team. You’ll be part of a supportive network that works together to provide consistent, high-quality care.
