About the Role

We’re currently recruiting a Support Worker to support a man in his mid-40s who lives independently in a ground-floor flat in Letchworth. He leads an active lifestyle and enjoys a wide range of interests from pub outings and walks to movies and gaming on his Xbox.

You’ll play an important role in supporting him to live life on his terms, helping him explore new hobbies, engage in his local community, and maintain a healthy routine. This includes assistance with personal care (particularly at night) and meal preparation. We’re looking for someone who is calm, reassuring, and confident in providing consistent emotional support.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is compassionate, reliable, and person-centred in their approach.
  • Can provide consistent support, including personal care and emotional wellbeing.
  • Is confident in supporting someone with mental health.
  • Can work flexibly, including long day shifts.
  • Shares our values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Respect, and Partnership.

Previous experience isn’t essential, what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to making a positive impact.
