• Position: Full-time Support Worker

• Location: BH10 postcode area (Bournemouth, UK)

• Driving requirement: Full UK/EU licence is essential

• Shift pattern: Long days, 08:00–20:00

• Diagnosis: Mild learning disability, autism, severe anxiety, behaviours of distress

• Interests: Crafting, shopping, swimming, walking, music, science, sci-fi, themed boxes/gadgets

• Community engagement: Loves accessing activities and being creative

• Personal qualities: Active, resilient, well-motivated

• Approach: Fun outlook, creative thinker, able to engage him

• Responsibilities: Support with daily living, encourage independence, help overcome challenges
