Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
You’ll be joining a friendly and lively supported-living setting, home to five gents aged 40–60, living across four neighbouring flats. They’re a sociable group who enjoy a mix of independence, routine, and community activities.
Who You’ll SupportTwo independent gents who manage most daily tasks with minimal support and three individuals who enjoy structured activities such as:
- Day services
- Swimming
- Dance, arts and crafts
- Pub lunches
- Car boot sales
- Home-based activities
Communication & Support Needs- Limited verbal communication — Makaton is used
- Prompting with personal care rather than full assistance
- Very mobile individuals who enjoy being out and about
- Use of public transport is part of daily life and activities
What We’re Looking For- Compassionate, reliable full-time Support Workers
- Comfortable working long-day shifts with sleep-ins
- Someone sociable who enjoys community activities and supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives
