Pay Rate: £12.31 (£50 Per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week

Who Will You Be Supporting?
You will be supporting three wonderful individuals (two men and one lady) with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. They are all wheelchair users and enjoy a variety of activities. One gentleman requires 24-hour support due to being partially blind, having epilepsy, and potential behaviours of distress. As a Waking your main responsibilities would involve:
Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance, managing behaviours positively to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.
Night Support: Assist with personal care needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the nigh
- Mobility Assistance: Supporting individuals who use wheelchairs.
- Medication Administration: Ensuring residents receive their medication as prescribed.

- Experienced with Disabilities: Comfortable working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
- Strong Communicator: Able to provide clear and confident communication.

Shift Patterns:
- Waking Night Shifts::10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
